1. Scope and Acceptance of the Agreement

This Agreement covers the sale, delivery, and use of all digital services, subscriptions, and in-app purchases offered through the biriqim mobile app (iOS and Android). By using the app, purchasing a subscription, or acquiring an in-app product, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.

biriqim services are not sold directly via the website’s payment/checkout process; all paid digital products are offered exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase (IAP) infrastructure.

1.1. Scope of Services

biriqim services are primarily offered in the following categories:

• Free Plan: Standard services offered with a limited record quota and basic tracking features.
• biriqim Pro Annual Subscription: An automatically renewing annual subscription that includes advanced reports, an AI coach, an increased OCR/AI credit quota, and premium features.
• Consumable AI Credit Packages: These are digital credit packages purchased for use in receipt scanning (OCR), the AI assistant, and similar AI-powered features, which decrease as they are used.

1.2. Legal and Legitimate Use

The user agrees to use biriqim solely for legal and legitimate purposes, specifically for personal financial tracking and analysis. Use of the app for illegal activities, tax evasion, or the unauthorized processing of third-party data is prohibited.

2. In-App Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play)

2.1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). biriqim does not collect, store, or process your credit card or debit card information. Your payment information is stored solely within the secure payment infrastructure of the respective store (Apple or Google).

2.2. biriqim Pro Annual Subscription

biriqim Pro Annual Subscription is an auto-renewable annual subscription product.

• Product ID (Product ID): biriqim_pro_annual
• Subscription Name: The product title displayed on the App Store or Google Play screen at the time of purchase applies (e.g., "biriqim Pro Annual").
• Duration: 1 (one) year; the subscription duration displayed on the store screen at the time of purchase is valid.
• Price: The price, tax, and currency displayed on the App Store or Google Play screen at the time of purchase apply. Regional pricing is determined by the store.

2.3. Consumable AI Credit Packages

AI Credit packages are consumable in-app products. After purchase, credits are credited to your biriqim account and are deducted from your balance as they are used for features such as OCR receipt scanning, AI coach, and similar features. The name, quantity, and price of credit packages are displayed on the store screen at the time of purchase.

2.4. Automatic Renewal

biriqim Pro Annual subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal charge is billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account before the subscription period ends. Automatic renewal can be turned off in your store account settings.

2.5. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

• iOS (Apple): Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → biriqim → Cancel Subscription
• Android (Google Play): Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → biriqim → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the period. For detailed information on cancellation and refund terms, see the Cancellation and Refund Agreement.

3. Pricing and Billing

The applicable price, tax, and currency are always displayed on the App Store or Google Play screen at the time of purchase. biriqim does not directly determine store pricing; regional price differences are subject to store policies. The payment receipt and invoice are provided to the user in accordance with the standard processes of the relevant store (Apple or Google).

4. Electronic Delivery

Digital services or usage rights are electronically assigned to your biriqim account or to the app session associated with the purchase after the payment is approved by the relevant store. There is no physical shipment involved. An active internet connection and the latest version of the biriqim app are required to use the services.

5. Privacy

For detailed information regarding the processing of your personal data, please review the Personal Data Protection & Privacy Agreement. Your payment card information is not stored by biriqim; it is processed solely by Apple or Google.

6. Not Investment Advice

biriqim does not provide investment advisory, portfolio management, or financial planning services. The app only provides tracking, analysis, and reporting tools based on data entered by the user. The AI coach and similar features may provide general information and personal savings recommendations; these do not constitute investment advice, buy-or-sell recommendations, or professional financial advice. You must make your investment decisions independently and, when necessary, with the support of a licensed professional.

7. Digital License and Intellectual Property

All software, designs, algorithms, and content belonging to biriqim are protected by national and international intellectual property laws. Purchased subscription or credit packages grant the user only a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive digital license for use; no source code, copyright, or patent rights are transferred. The application is provided “as is” .

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.1. User Obligations

The user agrees to provide accurate account information, to use the application solely for personal financial tracking purposes, to maintain account security, and to ensure that store account information remains up to date.

8.2. biriqim’s Obligations

EQLEM YAZILIM, shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the purchased digital rights are technically accessible. Store-related payment issues are subject to Apple or Google’s procedures. No guarantee of uninterrupted service is provided due to temporary access issues resulting from scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

EQLEM SOFTWARE, cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, data loss, loss of investment, etc.) arising from the use of or inability to use biriqim. Backing up your data is the user’s responsibility. EQLEM SOFTWARE’s maximum financial liability arising from this Agreement shall, in any event, not exceed the total net subscription fee actually paid by the user for biriqim during the six (6) months preceding the date on which the alleged event occurred.

10. Termination and Amendments to the Agreement

In the event that the user breaches the terms of this Agreement, EQLEM SOFTWARE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service. EQLEM SOFTWARE reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on biriqim.com or within the application. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
